    變(bian)(bian)壓器是利用電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)感應的(de)原理來改變(bian)(bian)交流電(dian)(dian)壓的(de)裝置(zhi),主要(yao)構件是初級線圈(quan)、次(ci)級線圈(quan)和鐵芯(磁(ci)芯)。主要(yao)功能有:電(dian)(dian)壓變(bian)(bian)換、電(dian)(dian)流變(bian)(bian)換、阻抗(kang)變(bian)(bian)換、隔(ge)離、穩壓(磁(ci)飽(bao)和變(bian)(bian)壓器)等。

    變壓器是按用途可以分為:電力變壓器和特殊變壓器(電爐變、整流變、工頻試驗變壓器、調壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)、礦(kuang)用變(bian)、音頻(pin)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)、中(zhong)頻(pin)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)、高頻(pin)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)、沖擊變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)、儀(yi)用變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)、電(dian)子變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)、電(dian)抗器(qi)(qi)、互感器(qi)(qi)等)。

    變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)維護(hu)(hu)保養(yang)是電(dian)工(gong)操(cao)作人員及電(dian)工(gong)操(cao)作兼修理人員為了保持變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)正常技術(shu)狀態,延長使用壽(shou)命所必須(xu)進行的(de)日(ri)常工(gong)作。工(gong)頻試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)廠家整理變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)維護(hu)(hu)保養(yang)要點如(ru)下,以(yi)供參考:

1、容量

   在正常運行(xing)時(shi),應使變(bian)壓器(qi)承受(shou)的(de)用電負荷(he)在變(bian)壓器(qi)額(e)定(ding)容(rong)量的(de)75—90% 左右

2、溫度

   安裝在(zai)變壓器(qi)(qi)上(shang)的(de)溫(wen)度計(ji),在(zai)巡視變壓器(qi)(qi)時應(ying)同時作記錄(lu)。 無人值班的(de)變壓器(qi)(qi)應(ying)于(yu)每次定期(qi)檢查(cha)時記錄(lu)變壓器(qi)(qi)的(de)電壓、電流和上(shang)層油(you)溫(wen)。此(ci)外,對于(yu)配(pei)電變壓器(qi)(qi)應(ying)在(zai)大負荷(he)期(qi)間測量某三(san)相(xiang)的(de)負荷(he)。如發配(pei)不平衡(heng)時,應(ying)重新分配(pei)。測量的(de)期(qi)限應(ying)在(zai)現場規程內規定。

3、絕緣監測

   變壓器(qi)在安裝(zhuang)或(huo)檢修后(hou)(hou)投(tou)入運行(xing)前(通常在干(gan)(gan)燥后(hou)(hou))及(ji)長(chang)期(qi)停用(yong)(yong)(yong)后(hou)(hou),均應(ying)(ying)測(ce)(ce)量線(xian)(xian)圈的(de)絕(jue)(jue)緣電阻,測(ce)(ce)得(de)的(de)數值與測(ce)(ce)量時的(de)油溫(wen)應(ying)(ying)記(ji)入變壓器(qi)履歷卡片中(zhong)。測(ce)(ce)量線(xian)(xian)圈的(de)絕(jue)(jue)緣電阻應(ying)(ying)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)1000~2500伏的(de)兆(zhao)歐表。 線(xian)(xian)圈絕(jue)(jue)緣電阻的(de)允(yun)許值不予(yu)規定(ding)。在變壓器(qi)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)期(qi)間所測(ce)(ce)得(de)的(de)絕(jue)(jue)緣電阻值與變壓器(qi)在安裝(zhuang)或(huo)大修干(gan)(gan)燥后(hou)(hou)投(tou)入運行(xing)前測(ce)(ce)得(de)的(de)數值的(de)比,是(shi)判斷變壓器(qi)運行(xing)中(zhong)絕(jue)(jue)緣狀(zhuang)態的(de)主要依據。絕(jue)(jue)緣電阻的(de)測(ce)(ce)量應(ying)(ying)盡(jin)可能在相同的(de)溫(wen)度,用(yong)(yong)(yong)電壓相同的(de)兆(zhao)歐表進(jin)行(xing)。

4、電流范圍
